Payments
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, it cannot be refunded in any case.
The balance has to be paid one week before your arrival.

Regulations and standards
We are glad to welcome you to our residence and wishing you a pleasant stay, we would like to describe you how to totally enjoy our facility.
In addition to staying in our rooms, you can enjoy breakfast in our palmento and, on sunny days, in the outdoor areas such as the patio or the terrace overlooking the sea.
You can use the meeting room, the swimming pool with solarium and all the external and internal spaces dedicated to you. The living area is available from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00; it is forbidden to introduce and consume foods.
Please do not access wearing wet clothes and respect the furnishings.
The price includes breakfast and all costs for water, electricity and heating.
Animals of any species are NOT allowed.
It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to SMOKE inside the covered spaces and the pool area. In the case of smoking in the room, since it must be subjected to a specific cleaning and sanitizing treatment, in order to avoid problems for subsequent guests, a supplement of € 70.00 will be required.
Linen change will take place every 3 days. Please find the room in such a condition that we can proceed with the cleaning. Otherwise the same will be postponed. For those who want to change every day there is an extra € 10 per person. The room will be rearranged only on request once a week (for € 15).
The use of the washing machine, to be agreed and has a cost of € 10 for each use.
The swimming pool is open every day from June to September from 14.00 to 20.00.
For hygienic reasons, it is forbidden to bring bath linen in the pool, where it is not possible to consume food.
It is possible to rent pool towels for a cost of € 7 each.
The use of the swim cap is required.
Check-in takes place after 14.00 and in any case no later than 20.00; Other times will have to be agreed in advance.
It is possible to park inside (subject to availability) or in the adjacent square (Piazza Padre Russo).

Rooms, also totally renovated, are located in the adjoining part of the building built in the fifties. In this area there are also a cozy living room and a terrace that overlooks the underlying vineyards and olive groves losing the gaze until the Ionian Sea. The entrance courtyard, characterized by a big linden tree, offers relaxation areas where, in summer, you can also have breakfast. The swimming pool in the garden will gladden your resting moments and your breaks between an excursion and a visit to the nearby historical places.
